Virginia Czuchra, age 88, of Tinley Park, IL, passed away December 13, 2020

Virginia is the loving wife of the late Edward Czuchra, devoted mother to Barbara (Albert) Kamm, Alexandria (Frank) Brigando, Derrick (Janet) Czuchra, and Melinda (Dennis) Mahnke; proud grandmother to Matthew, Andrew (Rebecca), Zachary (Eve), Alexander (Katie), Heather (Jay), Aaron (Rachel) and Devin, Christopher, Sean (Kelly), Travis (Mallory); great-grandmother to Sebastian, Logan, Carter, Harper, and Damien.

She was a faithful member of St. George Catholic Church where she also served on the Altar & Rosary Society. Virginia was also a 20 year member of her Bunco Club.  She was born in Chicago, and her family relocated to Poland during World War II.  She and her family returned back to Chicago when she was 17. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 9:00 am at St. George Catholic Church (6707 175th Street; Tinley Park, IL 60477).  Visitation will be later at Brady-Gill Funeral Home (16600 S. Oak Park Ave.; Tinley Park, IL 60477) on Wednesday from 1:00-7:00 pm. Please visit Brady-Gill website to RSVP to secure a time to visit with the family.  Masks and social distancing required.  She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery privately on Thursday.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given towards the American Red Cross.
