During my retirement I enjoyed teaching adults English at the Mary Ward Center in Chicago. I also enjoyed going on many adventures learning about many different cultures in different countries. I traveled to Ireland a few times including many times with my mother. I also went to China, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand, Wales, Vietnam, Morocco. At 80 years old I went white water rafting, ziplining and horseback riding in Costa Rica. I also rode a camel in Morocco and I went on safari in Africa.
