What is life without a Grandma? I don't know. But I know that life with a Grandma is having someone that is always happy to see you; someone who makes you feel special and loved no matter what you do wrong or how many mistakes you make. When Grandma hugged you, you know you had been hugged. Grandma, you always had a special treat waiting when I would come for a visit; either ice-cream, or yogurt, or cupcakes, but for me, the greatest treat was being with you. Every week there was a different ghost story, and every time I stayed the night I would wait anxiously for the ghosts to arrive. I know you are at peace in God's kingdom, with your mom and mine, and with the loving husband that left you so many years ago. Rejoice with them until I can see you again. I love you so much, Grandma. You will always be in my heart and in my prayers. With all my love, Scotty.

My Dearest Grandma whom I love so very much..I am so Grateful and thankful to God for allowing me the privilege of being your grandaughter.Yo u brought so much happiness into my life and taught me so many things. The advise you gave me during our many late night chats was and still is priceless. I remember how I used to jump on the bus after school with my girlfriends AND boyfriends..bec ause I thought..they just HAD to meet you and Grandpa! Not only did I want them to see what cool Grandparents I was lucky enough to be blessed with having, but I wanted to grab every moment of time with the both of you I could get! I'll never forget how special and loved you made me feel when you conquered your fear flying not once, but three times for special events in my life. The first was my wedding, second the birth of my daughter Alyssa and third, the christening of my son Cameron (and Lillie's daughter Ashlee). I'm not sure if you ever realized just how special those moments were to me because of your presence. I'm also thankful that I had the opportunity to see your beautiful face and have you know I was there one last time before you took your place in God's Kingdom along with your (our) many loved ones. I can just see you and grandpa now, dancing on a cloud, smiling down on us all, saying: Don't be sad, be patient, we'll see you all again.. one day..
