Our thoughts and prayers are with John's family. John was a kind and noble man. Someone who dedicated many years of his life mentoring, teaching underpriviliged inner city kids. It is a special person who does that. We mourn his passing, but celebrate his wonderful life. I loved discussing History with him, he knew so much. Rest in peace, our good friend.

John, was a unique man who made chess, Stephen King, and the Civil War cool. Karen was blessed to have such a great Dad and her biggest cheerleader.

Our deepest sympathy to Eva and the family. It was such a pleasure to serve as a fellow trustee of the American School as well as a long time friend. We will deeply miss him and the insight that he provided to the operations and administration of the school.
