Truely a sweet, funny and I hope forgiving guy for all the grief I gave him over the years. Some of the biggest laughs I have to this day are of stories involving "jiving " Don! Jive and Jim Stuart spent most of Jan circa 1971&1972 with me at Auburn following Notre Dame to the Sugar and Orange Bowls those years.I could go on but I'll spare you all. My deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to all Of Don's immediate and extended family and friends.

I met Don through my older brother Randy... they we’re buddies all through high school and college. I remember when Don came down to Albany Ga. for Randy’s wedding and didn’t have any dress shoes! So guess who’s shoes went missing... that’s right!!! Little brother Scott shoes fit Don (the jive) perfectly! I think I ended up wearing a pair of Pair of Randy’s shoes that were three sizes to big! But that was ok because I wasn’t in the wedding!!! Lol. Hey Don still got the New York life you sold me 40 yrs ago! GOD BLESS. Rest In Peace Don.

Jivin' Donny -

I'm sure you're up there "bustin' a move" with St.Peter and the saints as we sit here. Treasure the times with Da Swede, Turk, and the other Four Horsemen. There'll be a Guiness with our names on them.
