I love you dear sister. It had been awhile since we video chatted and I miss you so much. My thoughts are with my Chicago family as I had to return to Ohio. It broke my heart to leave the others. You were /are still a beautiful woman. Very strong. love you so much .you will always be in my heart.

I am so sorry to hear this sad news. Val was an amazing and loving mom and woman. My heart and prayers go out to the family.

My heartfelt thoughts are with you all. Val was a kind, generous, and caring individual who always put others first. We met when I worked at TCF Bank and she was at the Daily Southtown, she was my favorite sales rep. We became friends and I enjoyed hearing about her family growing up, and how proud she was of everyone. She will be missed dearly.

Wishing you peace and comfort during this difficult time.

I am sorry that I cannot be there. My heart goes out to all family and friends of Val. She was the most head strong, determined, unselfish, and loving person that I have ever known. I thank her for instigating our shenanigans when we were younger. RIP, until we meet again.

Becky, it's been many years since I saw Val, but have many fun memories of the time I lived in the suburbs and worked at the Penny Saver.
You were a teen aged the last time I was around. I was lucky enough to have Val and Liz McKee stand up with me in my wedding.
I'm sending you prayers and a big hug. Take time to remember your mom everyday because she is only as far has your heart.
