So very sad to hear of Pat's passing. He has been my friend since 7th grade. It's too bad that he had to go so early. Take care Patrick and R.I.P.

Patrick was always nice to me when I hung out at the Klinckman house back in the day. My condolences to his family and friends. No more pain or operations! I hope he is enjoying the company of the loved ones that had passed before him that he now can see again. RIP

Condolences to the Klinckman Family. Growing up in Worth, everyone in school knew Pat. His personality was friendly & fun. Later in life, we would see each other around Tinley and although his health wasn't the best, as soon as he would speak, the years would fade away and his eyes would light up. I hope he is no longer suffering in pain, he will always be remembered.

I will never forget you took me to my first concert. You were always good to the kids. You loved putting on the fireworks show on the 4th of July. You could be a huge pain in the ass but you still will be missed.
