I've been a friend of bills for over 30 years. He was a soft-spoken, kind man who it was a pleasure to know. My prayers go out to his family. He will be missed.

I will miss Bill. He was quiet spoken but talked to me a lot at the Elim Singles group.
He had high respect for me. I remember when he came on our Elim singles group canoe trip on the Kankakee River. Our group was close, and we all had a great time together. I know Bill is in a better place with our Lord and Savior.
