Rest in Peace, Billy. You were a class act. You're gone but will never be forgotten. A great life of service and sacrifice has affected us all. After the initial sadness ends, I'll spend my time looking up, smiling and picturing you cruising on your Harley in heaven. No doubt, keeping a watchful eye on your family and friends.

Bill was an amazing person. As genuine as they come. A soldier's soldier and a police officer's officer. A true American hero and champion of justice. Being a combat veteran and among the likes of him was a true honor. He will always be in my heart. I was privileged to know him and call him a Brother. May the Walsh Family be comforted in this difficult time. Love, The Tully Family
