We received the news of Jim's passing with a heavy heart, for he was the kindest, most outgoing, helpful & humerous friend one could ever ask for. His unconditional love for Ginny was so obvious in the way he showed his affection. As a new couple we strive to be more like them. We were so excited when Jim & Ginny visited us in New Mexico for our wedding two years ago. We all have a great love for the outdoors and talked of potential adventures to meet up again in the Southwest. On our visits home to Chicago we always loved to see Jim & Ginny. Our fondest memories are "cutting a rug" & showing off our " bad dance moves" with the Fahrner family on my parents family room floor. My most recent memory of Jim is a story I tell from B&J's wedding just two weekends ago. I commented on how nice Jim was dressed and how perfect his tie length was. I asked if he tied it himself and he said "I just tie it first and then move my pants up & down until everything lines up" as he grabs his belt and moves it around. Oh how he could make us laugh! I can just see him now looking down on all of us with that contagious smile.

Ginny- our hearts ache for you during this most difficult time and we wish we could be there to give you a hug. When you find the strength we hope you will still visit us in the southwest so we can meet up for an adventure and honor the spirit of Jim.

Hugs,
Erin & Dave

Our prayers are for everyone in Jim's family for this unimaginable loss. We didn't know Jim very well but I can see from all these comments how much he was loved.

Jim was a fantastic person to work with. Easy going, always smiling, always eager to help out and excellent technically.

I know he loved the Green Bay Packers. He wore his Packers lanyard every day to work.

Ginny my prayers are with you and the rest of the family. I am so sad that he is gone. He will be missed.
