I just wanted to say that Bird was a wonderful woman, and will surely be missed, she always had a smile and something nice to say whenever I spoke with her, she was a sweet, loving, & caring person, and has left a hole in her loved ones hearts. I pray that the fond memories will comfort you as well as the thought that she is now partying it up waiting for all of us to join her. Once we get there, she will probably say.... What took you so long? Hugs, Lauren

One of my favorite memories of Grandma is when we would visit in FL and she would play "Oh, What A Beautiful Morning" and sing at the top of her lungs to irritate my father.

We'll Miss You!

We all knew her as something different: Aunt Anna, Bird, Grandma Bird, Ann... But she always made each one of us think that we were her favorite (even tho Kevin & I really were). She had that gift and she & it will be missed.

I did not know Anna, but I know Anna's dear daughter, Mary. My sympathy to you, and please know that I'm thinking about you, and knowing how deeply one is saddened by the loss of ones Mom.

I remember when Josh and I were getting married. Bird sent me the nicest letter. (She did not sign the letter as Bird, of course) Anyway, this woman whom I had never met, wrote me a letter telling me how happy she was that I was marrying Josh and that she couldn't believe there would be another "Anna Ziman". She was so happy that I would have her name. Her kindness and sincerity was very touching. Although, I was not fortunate enough to get to know Bird very well, the times I did see her she was a hoot and I am proud to have her name. :)
Rest in peace Anna, you will be missed by many!
