My thoughts and prayers go out to Dave's family. We do not understand how someone can be taken from us so soon and we get angry, but always remember things happen for a reason and hold tight to all the memories that you have.

Dave I will miss you. You helped me out in so many ways. Thanks for caring and all the advice.

Thank you God for giving me such a good friend to talk to when I lost my grandbabies and to share all of our crazy life adventures with. The stories and laughter we shared will always be great memories for me. I will miss you very much.

R.I.P. Dave. Until we meet again...

It was always a joy to spend time with Dave--in retrospect, those times were all too infrequent. He seemed to have a great appreciation for music, and we would talk about it at length. I was always struck by his capacity to be moved by such things. In that, he was Irish in the best sense. I will remember him always for the twinkle in his eye, the smile on his face, and the poetry in his heart. My heart goes out to Laura and to his kids: Joe, Jillian, and Dylan, as well as to his siblings/ my cousins, whom I cherish. God be with you. Love, Tim
