Kirk,

It's been almost a year now since you've been gone.I miss you so much.I learned so many things about you since your passing. It was a bitter sweet day at your wake and funeral. You were sooo loved by so many people. I was touched that day by the memory you left behind.I could never get through the day if it weren't for God. I am a survivor now. I need the help of the Lord to survive. A part of me is gone but I am still alive.I see you and I feel you everyday ~ your sweet precious smile. I love you!

Love Mom

Hey Kirk, sorry it took so long to write to you. There just isn't enough words to describe how much I miss you. As a Father and Son we had some bad times and good times, more good than bad I'm happy to say! I really enjoyed you as a little guy, then as you grew and played roller hockey, I was a proud parent!
The projects that we did together, the olds engine, the Geo tracker engine, the crank and trans in your 81 pickup and then the work on your 86 GMC pickup.
The car shows, dragstrip and times shooting together ended way to soon.
I wish I would have done more with you and could have done more to help you.
Grandpa passed away yesterday,He always asked about you, that meant a lot to me.
The only thing constant in life is change, and for a guy like me that dosen't like change, well it makes things a little rough. May God grant me the strength to rest in Him.
I LOVE YOU SON.
LOVE, DAD

Words cannot express, nor thought or deed, do justice to what we feel inside for the painful loss of Kirk Jr. Know that we are always here for you, to just listen, if that's what's needed and you can call on us at anytime. We cannot live life for someone else and we cannot change the lives of those we love. We can remember how very important they were to us and keep them in thought and mind always. No life is lived without great joy and pain. Two sides of a coin just the same. A toss is all it takes to change forever what happened today. Love You Always!!

Kirk, You were one of the few people that have come into our lives and made such a huge impact on us. We worried about you, you made us laugh and smile. Our days were better because you were part of them. A hundred times a day we think of you. We are glad that there is peace for you now. If any person showed an example of God's love, it was you. We can't think of a single time that you didn't show Faith, Hope and Charity. You never told anyone no, never asked for anything. We wish we could have you back, but we are happy you are with God. You left a legacy that will never be forgotten.
