James P. "Jim" Eiermann

Born: 1935     Died: 2010

James Patrick Eiermann died suddenly on June 9, 2010. Jim was the loving husband of the late Caryl Eiermann and most recently was the devoted and adoring partner of Margaret Baniewicz. He was the cherished father of Donna Eiermann, Sheri and Dan Gorman, Lori and Greg Rosiejka, and Jimmy Eiermann. Jim was especially proud of his granddaughters Jenny and Kylie Gorman. He is also survived by two brothers whom he loved greatly- Tom (Debra) Eiermann of Tinley Park, and Jack Eiermann of San Diego, California, and many nephews and nieces. Jim had countless close friends and amazing neighbors whom he regarded as family. Those of us who were touched by Jim are very lucky indeed to have been part of his life and we will miss his good nature and fun spirit. Resting at the Brady-Gill Funeral Home, 16600 S. Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park where visitation will be held Sunday from 2 to 9 PM. Lying in state Monday from 10 to 11 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 159th and Oak Park, Tinley Park. Services 11 AM. Interment private. Jim was retired from I.B.T. Local #705. In lieu of flowers donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Jim was a very good friend. He taught me so much about the company at the time as I was one of the junior drivers.
