Services of Funeral Director and Staff $2150

Our fee for the services of funeral director and staff includes: staff to respond to initial request for service; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; arrangement of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; internet obituary with 1 picture, online guest register, staff assistance, including coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g. clergy, cemetery, crematory and others.  Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, and the equipment and inventory expenses.

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select.  (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)

Embalming $775

Embalming is the scientific preparation and sanitary care of the body by standard arterial and visceral chemical treatment.  Except in certain cases, law does not require embalming.  Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing.  If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. It is our policy to require embalming when there is public viewing or when it becomes a necessity.

1. Use of facilities and staff services for viewing. Our services include supervision of wake, set-up of visitation area, placement of casketed remains, chapel memorial board with 15 pictures with CD, display of floral arrangements, assist with funeral luncheon, assist with Veteran and Social Security forms, insurance assignments, care of floral/monetary tributes and post funeral follow-up.

2. Use of facilities and staff service for funeral ceremony. Our services include coordination and supervision of funeral and staff to attend funeral ceremony $175
3. Use of staff and equipment for viewing and/or funeral at other location

4. Use of facilities and staff services for memorial services (without body). Our Service includes coordinating the memorial service arrangements, supervision of the memorial service and staff to attend the service.

5. Use of equipment and staff services for graveside services. Our services include accompaniment remains or cremains to cemetery, supervision of graveside service and staff to attend the service. $425
6. Shelter of remains per day. This per day charge will be applied on days when funeral home is in possession of remains except for visitation and ceremonies. $100

  • Our charges include basic services of director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, removal of remains, embalming, transportation to airport and shipping container.
• Receiving Remains from Another Funeral Home$2000
  • Our charges include basic services of director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, care of remains, transportation of remains to funeral home and to cemetery or crematory.
• Direct Cremation available from $2800 to $2900
  • If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without outside covering). The containers we provide are wood and/or cardboard. Cremation fees included in price. Our charges include basic services of director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, shelter of remains, transportation of remains to funeral home and to crematory.
